Terms of Service

ClipCar provides professional automotive protection and detailing services. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition assessment, and scheduling. ClipCar reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling at ClipCar's discretion.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. ClipCar accepts cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards.

All services provided by ClipCar are non-refundable once performed. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a verified service defect within the warranty period, ClipCar may, at its sole discretion, offer a correction or re-installation — not a monetary refund.

ClipCar offers a 10-year manufacturer warranty on PPF installations and applicable warranties on other products as specified at time of service. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications made after installation.

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking.
• Ensure the vehicle is reasonably clean upon drop-off (unless detailing is part of the service).
• Disclose any pre-existing vehicle damage or paint issues prior to service.
• Follow all post-service care instructions provided by ClipCar staff.

ClipCar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

By providing your phone number through any form on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages and calls from ClipCar related to your inquiry, appointment, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

We do not purchase or share leads. All contacts are individuals who have voluntarily submitted their information through our website.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of ClipCar and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, analytics tools). ClipCar is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
